A free batch download manager that helps to organize your batch downloads. It's able to bulk download various media content such as image galleries, wallpapers, audio/music, documents, etc., from a lot of websites. It's easy to use and made for both novice and expert users alike.

ABSOLUTE CINEMA OF AN APP BRO
I like WFDownloader because it's the only reliable and free X/Instragram downloader which I know. It is user friendly and doesn't require the installation of misc. scripts, python etc...
