WebSmoothly is a cheap and simple alternative to Wix, Squarespace and GoDaddy for small businesses that don't want to build a website themselves.

It costs $59 a year. That includes a .com domain registered in your name, hosting and 30 edits a year. There are no monthly fees and the price doesn't go up when you renew. If you already own a domain, it's $44 a year.

There is no editor to learn. You describe your business in a chat, or paste a link to your Instagram, Facebook or Google Maps page, and a first version of the website is ready in about 10 minutes. The preview is free. When you want to change something, you write it in one sentence, check the preview and publish. You can also create and edit the website from ChatGPT or Claude.

It suits cafés, restaurants, salons, contractors, cleaners and other local businesses that need one good page with services, prices, photos, opening hours, a map and a contact form. It is not meant for online stores or large blogs.
