What is WavWiz?

WavWiz is a free, MIT-licensed multi-room audio app for Windows. Run the server on an always-on PC with your music library; play through speakers on that PC, other Windows PCs (WavWiz Player), or phones/tablets/Macs in a web browser—no cloud account and no telemetry. Zones can play different music or link together. Each speaker has its own delay (for Bluetooth lag), volume, and EQ. Guests can add songs with Jukebox mode (QR code). Cast into WavWiz from your phone with AirPlay or Spotify Connect (Spotify Premium required; Connect is unofficial and off by default). Current release is 0.4.9 Beta. The Windows installer is not code-signed yet (SmartScreen will warn; SHA-256 is on the GitHub release). Built by a hobbyist who makes his own speakers; AI coding agents wrote the code, and the developer handles the idea, design, and testing.
