When you first enter the app, you’re greeted with a list of trending videos on YouTube. This is your feed. As you interact with videos, it will adapt its content accordingly. Anything you interact with is stored on device for privacy reasons. All curated and generated content shown in your feed is generated offline on your watch via our algorithm which learns from what you watch, like and people you’ve subscribed to. This feed can be scrolled down infinitely as you find more content to watch. When you find a video to watch, you can view information about it and all comments on the video. You can also enable captions for those who need it or wish to save battery by not using the speaker. The library houses everything you’ve interacted with. Search supports seeing channels and playlists, and you can subscribe to channels for quick access too.
