The website is down now. I am mirroring the free license info here: http://www.disktuna.com/where-did-the-vopt-defragger-go/
Vopt remains a very fast defrag and disk optimization utility, even under Windows 10. Please note that Vopt is not SSD aware. Do not use it to defrag SSD drives.

Big interesting graphics, good user tips, lightweight install, good defrag. Unique.. you hover over the square and it will tell you what file(s) it belongs to. This may team well with PassMark Fragger which allows you to defrag individual files. Has some cleaning options.
Sadly the then-excellent Vopt9 do not work well with the latest implementations of UAC and Windows Defrag API.
It's a hit-or-miss.
On some PCs, it works flawlessly.
On others, it seems to work, throws no errors, but if you check the drive afterwards, the actual defrag was blocked and your drive is in the same state as before.
Still, it's worth a try, if it does work for your OS, then you'll have the best defrag around.
