What is VocaiQ?

VocaIQ is a fully managed AI voice agent service for professional service businesses. Unlike self-serve "AI receptionist" apps, VocaIQ deploys and operates voice agents that perform real work on both sides of the phone line.

On inbound calls, the agent answers every call twenty-four seven in the caller's language, qualifies leads with structured questions, checks real-time availability, books appointments in Google Calendar or Outlook, dispatches technicians based on schedule and location, consults on product catalogs of thousands of items, updates HubSpot CRM with full context, and sends SMS confirmations. Response latency is 300 to 600 milliseconds.

On outbound calls, VocaIQ can be configured to place scheduled or triggered follow-up calls to a company's own field workers — installers, technicians, drivers, and site workers. The outbound agent carries narrow operational context about a single client, project, and assignment. It checks status, confirms next-day deliveries, captures unplanned supply corrections, reads the full request back for verification, and routes the confirmed information to the responsible manager over WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or email.

Every plan includes Google Calendar or Outlook booking, HubSpot CRM synchronization, SMS notifications, full call transcripts and summaries, 100+ language auto-detection with mid-call switching, caller recognition, spam filtering, and a customizable AI prompt editor. Custom integrations to Salesforce, Zoho, ServiceTitan, Clio, Lawmatics, QuickBooks, dispatch systems, and product-catalog APIs are available on a quote basis.

Setup, integration, prompt engineering, and ongoing optimization are performed by the VocaIQ team. The service is compliance-certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HIPAA, and GDPR. Infrastructure supports up to 1,000 concurrent calls. Pricing starts at $297 per month with 300 included minutes.

Target audience: dental and medical practices, law firms, property management, HVAC and plumbing service companies, auto dealerships, multi-location operators, and any business where every missed call is a lost revenue opportunity.
