What is Visorando?

Visorando is the reference website and mobile application for hiking in France. We mainly offer hiking and biking / mountain bike tours in France, but also in the French Overseas Collectivities and abroad. There is something for everyone here: from Sunday walks to mountain tours, itinerant hikes and even urban hikes. We attach great importance to the quality of the proposed tours: each topo is described precisely and is accompanied by a hiking map. The mobile application Visorando allows you to follow the hike, on the ground, being positioned with the GPS location. Thus, several millions of hikers walk the trails every year thanks to Visorando. The site has been built on a participative model: everyone (individuals, tourism professionals) can propose their own hiking tours. Each circuit, before being published, is checked by a team of moderators. The hikers are then invited to propose their opinion on the routes followed. In this way, we collect field information that allows us to keep the circuits up to date. It is indeed this participative model, which, even if it may seem paradoxical, has allowed us to build an offer and a level of quality unequalled on the free web.
