What is VertiCrop?

VertiCrop is a standalone desktop application designed to streamline the tedious process of horizontal-to-vertical video reframing for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

Unlike cloud-based SaaS tools that require uploading heavy RAW footage and charge expensive metered subscription fees, VertiCrop runs a fully local Active Speaker Detection Machine Learning pipeline entirely on your device's GPU.

Key Features & Benefits:

100% Private & Local: Audio and video are processed entirely in RAM, making it completely safe for strict client NDAs. No cloud queues, no upload wait times.

Editable XML Timeline Export: Spits out XML files directly back into Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. When imported, you get live, fully editable transform keyframes on your native timeline. retaining 100% of your RAW quality.

Cinematic Easing: The ML model understands gaze-tracking, multi-person dialogue, and camera physics, applying smooth movement curves and timing.
