What is VALDA?

VALDA doesn't just log your workouts, it runs your programme. Pick GZCLP, 5/3/1 or one of 29 proven training methods and VALDA sets up your sessions and starting weights, then works out your next weights as you go. Already following a programme from a spreadsheet or a coach? Paste it in and Smart Import turns it into sessions you can train. It recognises 100+ well-known programmes.

Log from your wrist with one LOG SET button on Apple Watch or Wear OS, with live heart rate and a rest timer, or on your phone or the web. Everything stays in sync.

The Forge works out how hard you trained from the weight, the reps and your own history. You get an effort score for every exercise and session, without rating every set.

The free plan lets you start a programme, log workouts and celebrate PRs, and includes cycle tracking. Pro adds unlimited programmes and progression, Smart Import, mid-workout exercise swaps, your records library, progress analytics and The Forge. No ads, and your data is never sold.
