What is Useroam?
Useroam is a Turkish cloud platform for guest Wi-Fi management and legally compliant internet access logging. It provides a captive portal that authenticates guests via SMS, WhatsApp, Turkish national ID, or foreign ID, and stores signed access logs secured with KamuSM timestamps to meet Turkey's Law No. 5651 and KVKK requirements.
It integrates with leading firewalls — Fortinet FortiGate, Sophos, Palo Alto Networks, Zyxel, and MikroTik — so businesses can make existing infrastructure compliant without on-premise log servers. Used by hotels, shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, hospitals, campuses, and public institutions. The optional Useroam Bumerang module turns guest Wi-Fi into marketing and loyalty via automated SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, surveys, and QR menus.
