What is Useroam?

Useroam is a Turkish cloud platform for guest Wi-Fi management and compliant internet access logging. Its captive portal verifies guests with SMS one-time codes, WhatsApp, hotel room number + surname (through PMS integrations such as Elektra, Fidelio/Opera and Sedna), voucher codes, or a username and password. Access records are signed daily with a KamuSM (TÜBİTAK BİLGEM) RFC 3161 timestamp and kept for 2 years (24 months) under Turkey's Law No. 5651, with consent handling aligned to KVKK and İYS.

Useroam runs on the firewall or router a business already has — MikroTik (RouterOS), FortiGate, Sophos, Palo Alto Networks, Zyxel and Ruijie — so no on-premise log server or extra appliance is installed. It is cloud-only SaaS: there is no on-premise Useroam deployment, no Turkish national ID (T.C. kimlik) or foreign ID verification, and no social media login. The captive portal is available in 22 languages, including right-to-left ones.

Used by hotels, shopping malls, cafés and restaurants, hospitals, schools and dormitories, retail chains and public venues. The optional Bumerang module turns guest Wi-Fi into a marketing channel with WhatsApp/SMS campaigns, surveys, QR menus, hotel in-house services and event portals, alongside Guest 360 (guest data), Live Radar (live venue analytics) and Autopilot. Founded in 2013.
