Unlinkd

Unlinkd is an iPhone app for people who keep tapping "Ignore Limit" on Apple's Screen Time.

You pick the apps and the hours, then choose how hard the limit is to break. There are four resistance levels: a block that ends the moment you ask, one that holds the door shut for a moment before it opens, one where leaving takes a deliberate act instead of a reflex tap, and one with no early exit at all.

Unlinkd also gives you one Focus Score for the day you're actually having, while it's still happening, instead of a weekly total that arrives too late to change anything. Insights show where your hours went: productive, neutral or distracting.
