A very good and stable Linux distribution for your servers ! No problem encountered with updates and upgrades.
Ubuntu Server is a beast of functionality and portability, way more versatile than Windows Server 2008 (and others), and best of all; it's FREE. We've used a server for almost a decade with Ubuntu running on it, and never ONCE has it had an issue. Windows Server, on the other hand... :/
