Tutelia turns a floor plan into a place you can walk through.

Draw the walls on a grid by typing the measurements, or trace a plan you already have (JPG, PNG or SVG): one measurement and everything takes on its real size. Add doors, windows, furniture, lights, floors and wall colours, balconies, a garden and a pool, several floors connected by stairs, and even a basement.

Your drawing becomes 3D straight away: look at it from above, cut it in section, or step inside and walk from room to room in first person, by day or in the evening.

Then share it with a link. Whoever gets it opens it in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install and no sign-up, and chooses between the plan, the 3D model and the walkthrough. Estate agents can put their own logo and contact details on every link.

Download the plan as a scaled A4 sheet (PDF) or as an image, plus a floor-area sheet (gross internal area in m² and sq ft).

For estate agents, developers selling off-plan, interior designers and furniture shops, renovation companies, shops and offices, and anyone who wants to see their home before changing it.
