The licencing on this software is a huge downfall. Its cost me time and money to sort out several times, as it wants to call back to big brother every two weeks to prove you have not stolen it. if you dont have internet at the time as you on customers site or whatever you look like a chump as your software wont start to show them a drawing. Often like right now, you cant use the software as it just wont let you. you can log into the website to prove your username and password but the software just wont accept it.. I complained about it for years but they just dont care, now i have to reinvest all my time writing everything in new software, hence looking on this site for someone that cares about customer experience.
