TrekMail looks like a solid option if you’re managing more than just a few mailboxes. What I found interesting is how easy it seems to organize multiple domains and handle everything from one place without it becoming messy. The bulk actions and search tools are clearly designed for scale. I also appreciate the flexibility with SMTP and the option to use your own setup or upgrade when needed. The onboarding steps and documentation make things less confusing, especially for setup and...

I’ve been testing TrekMail as an alternative and found the concept interesting, especially for quick disposable email use and basic inbox separation. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, which makes it usable without a learning curve. However, reliability and deliverability can vary depending on the service you’re interacting with, so it’s not always consistent for every signup. It works well for temporary needs, but I wouldn’t rely on it for anything important or long-term...

It seems like a very comprehensive and practical solution 👌 especially for companies or agencies that deal with more than one domain. The catch-all feature and statistics give better control over emails, and with webmail and IMAP/SMTP, the process becomes flexible and easy to use 👏 It clearly saves a lot of time and effort in management 🔥

I've been using TrekMail for about a month and a half. Routing takes only five minutes, and the web interface is incredibly smooth with no lag. The delivery statistics are very helpful, and it's been an ideal solution for me in terms of managing email across multiple domains. I've been able to resolve all my issues and set up a reboot system so you can see where messages are failing immediately. Migrating old mailboxes was also a breeze. I'm just wondering if there are any future plans.

I recently used TrekMail to set up email for several small domains, and the experience was excellent. The interface is simple and easy to use, and the DNS setup was quick and clear. I also liked the forwarding feature for managing multiple addresses easily. So far, the performance is stable and very suitable for small teams.
What is TrekMail?
TrekMail is a platform for managing corporate email and custom domains — from a single domain with a few mailboxes to hundreds or thousands of domains with large-scale operations.
What you can do • Manage domains and mailboxes at scale: connect many domains, create and manage thousands of mailboxes, with fast search, sorting, and bulk actions (including deletion/cleanup workflows). • Forwarding and catch-all: set per-address forwards and domain-level catch-all to collect all inbound mail for a domain. Admins can also reset mailbox passwords when needed. • Deliverability visibility: view deliverability/sending health per domain and aggregated across all domains, with clear limit tracking and the ability to increase limits over time. • Plans and billing: 7-day trial available. You can stay on a free plan using your own SMTP, or upgrade/downgrade anytime. • Payments: pay by card or cryptocurrency (multiple networks supported). • Migration: tools to migrate email from a previous provider. • Security & account control: 2FA, account deletion, light/dark theme, company profile details (country, company info, tax ID where applicable), and support for multiple payment methods/cards. • Support & onboarding: built-in ticket system, detailed documentation, and step-by-step setup wizards for domain verification, migration, and SMTP configuration. • Access email your way: use TrekMail webmail or connect mailboxes via standard IMAP/SMTP in Gmail/Outlook/Apple Mail and other clients.
TrekMail is built to make email operations “boring” again: reliable, predictable workflows, and sane administration without per-user pricing surprises.

After trying out TrekMail I can say it's a very reliable choice for agencies and businesses that manage multiple domains. What stands out the most is the catch-all feature and the ease of forwarding which makes handling various client communications much smoother The dashboard provides clear deliverability stats, which is crucial for ensuring our emails don't end up in spam. The fact that they offer a free plan and a trial is a great way to test the integration before committing. It supports IMAP/SMTP perfectly, making it easy to sync with any third-party mail app. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for a flexible alternative to mainstream providers

Curious how others are using it for bigger operations.

I've been using TrekMail for about two months now, and it's been a real lifesaver for managing email across multiple domains. I'm just wondering if there are any future plans to integrate the service with CRM systems?
