TrainerCheck

TrainerCheck is client management software that automates weekly check-ins and centralizes progress tracking in one dashboard. The system sends automated check-in forms on a set schedule with follow-up nudges for non-responders. Clients complete a mobile form via a personal link, with no app downloads or account creation required. The platform tracks metrics like weight, measurements, energy levels, and progress notes, all accessible in a searchable dashboard. Trainers can leave feedback on check-ins, and clients can respond, fostering accountability without relying on messaging apps. Alerts for missed check-ins and stalled progress help trainers address issues early. Onboarding is streamlined with shareable invite links. Trainers can export data anytime. Clients also receive automatic monthly progress report emails, and a PAR-Q health screen is built into onboarding. One flat monthly price with unlimited clients — no per-client tiers. GDPR-ready, cancel anytime, no contracts.
