What is Trainera?

Trainera is an all-in-one platform for personal trainers, online coaches, gyms and fitness studios, available on web, iOS and Android, with native Apple Watch and Wear OS apps and health data sync via Apple Health and Health Connect.

For trainers and coaches: build workout programs from a 1,800+ video exercise library, create meal plans with macro tracking, AI food-photo scanning and barcode lookup, and keep clients accountable with intake questionnaires, recurring check-ins, habit tracking, measurements, progress photos, personal records and achievements. Payments are built in: Stripe, PayPal, cash and bank-transfer tracking, recurring subscriptions with Apple Pay and Google Pay, one-time program sales, invoices in your own name, or your own Stripe account with 0% platform fee. In-app chat, group chat, WhatsApp, Messenger and Viber channels, booking with two-way Google Calendar sync, offline workout downloads and a live workout mode. Business plan adds full branding: own logo, own website on your own domain, program storefront, marketplace listing and blog engine.

Grow: sell online courses with lessons, quizzes and certificates, run a client community and automate follow-ups with visual automations.

For gyms and studios: membership packages with your own price, currency and billing cycle sold through your own Stripe account, digital member card with QR check-in, turnstile and door access via device API, reception shop (POS), class planner with in-app booking, leads CRM, staff permissions, 14 reports and a website builder on your own domain. The White Label plan adds the gym's own branded app on the App Store and Google Play.

AI included in paid plans: drafts training plans, nutrition plans, workouts and questionnaires. Built-in MCP server connects Claude or ChatGPT to your account.

26 languages, regional pricing, free plan for trainers with no card, 7-day free trial for gyms. The client app is always free.
