ToWebForm is a B2B PDF-to-web-form, e-signature, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. Organizations upload any existing PDF (flat scanned documents or interactive AcroForms) and convert it into a mobile-responsive web form without rebuilding layouts from scratch.

When a respondent completes the web form on their phone, tablet, or desktop, ToWebForm stamps their answers and signatures onto the exact coordinates of the original PDF, attaches automatic addendum pages for overflow text or photo uploads, and seals the document with a tamper-evident PKCS#7 / X.509 digital signature and UTC audit trail.
