Timix.AI is a time-tracking and billing platform for services businesses that bill clients for time - IT services and MSPs, law firms, consultancies, agencies, accounting and CPA firms, engineering firms, and staffing agencies. It replaces the usual mix of stopwatches, spreadsheets, and disconnected billing tools with one system that captures every hour, ties it to the right client and budget, and turns it into accurate invoices and real profitability.

Timix.AI is built around a four-level hierarchy - Customer, Project, Task, and SubTask - where every hour is logged at the SubTask level and rolls up cleanly to the client above. Rates and billing types cascade down the tree, so one client can run a Time and Materials retainer next to a Fixed-Price build and internal Overhead work, each calculated correctly.
