I tried this for about 2 months and during that time couldn't once get my banks to update - banks that work fine in Yodlee, Mint, and Quicken. Contacting customer service isn't easy - your only option is to submit an e-mail. I submitted about 1 request per week my entire time and never once heard back. When I closed my account I was asked to state why and explained how I never once got assistance with my issues. Still never heard anything! I wished it worked for me - I liked the interface. Oh well!
