Absolutely avoid -- cancelled the service and was rebilled 18 months later with no warning or explanation. Customer service is completely absent. Run away and go somewhere reputable like Fastmail, mailbox.org, Runbox or virtually any other of their competitors.
Best mail provider i have used so far and i have used thexyz for years now and it's working perfect for me. I have several domains on my account and i love the dns feature and that it's possible to have mail aliases from every domain pointing to your main mail account. Calendar feature and app is also working great.
Thexyz is a premium email service with exceptional service, features and reliability. It is worth every penny if you value your email.
I take advantage of Thexyz aliases, folders and rules for organizing and sorting incoming and outgoing email. I use different email addresses for different web services. If I want to pull the plug on a service, I can delete the alias, too, and never be bothered by marketing emails.
Thexyz has been my primary email account for over 2 years. I made the switch from Gmail after my "free" account was compromised. Google locked me out and there was no recourse. Is Thexyz as flashy as Gmail? Probably not, but it is very configurable (spam, aliases, etc). I also know that my emails are not being scanned for targeted advertisements unlike the big guys. After 10 years, I have come to trust Thexyz with my private information and know that my account is secured.
Overall, I’m very happy with Thexyz. A paid email service isn’t for everyone, but if you really want to own and take control of your email, then you should give Thexyza look.
I have been moving away from a mix of Gmail and web host email offerings, and for what I was looking for, their standard plan is perfect for me. I get to use my own domain and create unlimited aliases.
The web interface is good, it has a few visual flourishes, but it’s nothing to get excited about.
Support has been helpful, I’ve had a few queries and suggestions and they have all been well answered and in a reasonable amount of time.
And I haven’t even explored their other services yet, there’s Files (something like Dropbox or Google Drive), Notes and Calendar.
I've used Thexyz for many years. Secure and safe. I have both Thexyz account and a Gmail account. I use Thexyz for private and Gmail when you have to sign up for shopping and junk. Can't fault Thexyz. Does what I want. It may not be as fancy as others but I don't need that. I need reliability and to feel secure. You get nothing for free. My personal data important. Great android app as well.
