As of current version (0.12.1) Themia seems very mature already with quite a lot of features. Very customizable and lightweight. It has replaced Rainmeter for me barring a few minor issues that are being worked on. The dev is very responsive and open to feedback and feature requests. Free version is very generous - 10 max active widgets, 2 max active views, no nag screens or ads. Everything else is identical to the Pro version. Been using it about a month, currently with 10 widgets active...
