I think Elder Scrolls Online should be treated as a separate entity from Elder Scrolls, it's developed by Zenimax (not Bethesda themselves AFAIK) and they have a separate website. https://www.elderscrollsonline.com
It's huge, so much stuff to do, story is engaging and the side quests is sometimes even more engaging. Maybe some small issues with the UI since it's a bit to minimalistic.
Absolute fan. Being a long running single player series, it's lore is very well established and world fleshed out. Of all the titles, ESO (The MMORPG) is my only real hangup since a LOT of it's content is pay-walled. Like, I still like it... just, less than I'd like (if that makes sense?). However, some decisions made by the devs and parent company relating to other games in their catalog have soured my expectations for future installments.
I just LOVE open world games, and the Elder Scrolls series takes the cake. I've run through Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim, and they offer thousands of hours of gameplay. The environment and world-building is the best, and I have never run out of things to do in-game.
