The Cloud-PBX is operated out of the cloud via internet, which means that no hardware is required by the customer. The calls are established via VoIP connection, which enables a variety of new functions. The users are set up as extensions including phone numbers. Afterwards they can initiate incoming and outgoing calls with an IP telephone, headset with a PC/laptop incl. softphone or via the smartphone. Furthermore, the integrated ACD offers individual solutions for your call center.
