Over the years we've outsourced by using a number of virtual assistant services. Initially we used services based in the United Kingdom and United States. We did this because we thought we would get better quality assistants as we were paying more money. We were wrong, US and UK based assistants tend to feel they are superior to the work they are doing, they feel they shouldn't have to do it, which results in poor quality work.

We started using virtual assistants in the Philippines, in particular, USource. We're very pleased with the results and we're now at the 6 month mark. We have two virtual assistants with another full time VA to start shortly. They take care of our daily tasks as well as on-demand tasks, which pop up with very little notice.

I took the plunge and hired a virtual assistant from USource. So glad I did. My assistant really did help me get back on track. I have a lot of on demand tasks which needed doing at short notice and well as ongoing tasks, which needed the dedication of a full-time personal assistant.
