Synchredible
Synchronization and backup of folders and drives
What is Synchredible?
Synchronize folders and drives with only one click.
Easy to use data synchronisation: Synchredible synchronizes your data/folders the easy way: several assistants support you on defining scheduled jobs for data synchronisation and data backup. Network support is integrated for data synchronisation between local area networks (LAN).
Real synchronisations:
Synchredible supports both synchronisations in one and two directions. Our software recognizes any changes automatically and creates protocols of new and changed data.
Portable usage: Synchredible even can be used on a USB stick: Copy the Synchredible-program-folder to the USB-stick and start the Synchredible-software on the target computer manually, see http://is.gd/YxSJ7n .
Synchronisation as backup strategy:
You can use Synchredible not only for data synchronisation of files and/or folders, but also for data backup operations onto internal or external drives (USB1.1/2.0 supported).
Add-Ons (not free) ExclusiveFiles: Enables Synchredible to save exlusively opened files such as databases, Outlook and system files.
RunAsService: Enables Synchredible to be executed as service application on Windows NT/2000/XP/2003.

It works perfectly. So, no complain!
Didn't seem to delete the files on one drive, even though I checked off that it should and that only files from 1 drive to the other were to be copied, not both ways. Basically I wanted it to mirror files off another drive, which in the settings looks possible but it wasn't deleting anything
