It's very minimal and lacks any useful features, not to mention everything looks eerily similar to Tumblr. It promises theme customization, which doesn't work at all - you can't even change your blog's subtitle or the default icon. You cannot add captions to the audio, video, and picture post types.
Swarmr doesn't even seem to have support that's easy to contact - the only email related to Swarmr I've found is an abuse support email that can be found in its Terms, which I've sent a message to with no response. Not helping matters is that it has no other presence on the internet outside of itself and a Twitter account that doesn't have any tweets even marginally related to the platform, and the fact that their About page remains barren.
