I like this vpn very much. Very convenient and simple interface. Works in two clicks I don’t understand why there are so few likes)
i like this, there are however a few mishaps that went wrong that i misjudged, although i did trust anything nordvpn and any of its derivitives, the piracy warning did come up, and my account was disalbed, but they got me back in pretty quickly, so this is probably the best vpn i have ever used besides the openvpn client, but the openvpn client doesnt have serverside features that the surfshark app does, i want to like this app alot, but it has its issues, i guess people should cut it some slack, because it is fairly a new program that possibly has not worked out its bugs yet, but it has room to be the best vpn out there, and it is that so far, but a few mishaps kind of scared me, i agree i absoluetly love the interface. but my rating stays at 4 until i am done scouring my diagnostics to figure out what really went wrong, they said i violated the fair policy act. but it is definelty the greates vpn i have ever used, and believe me i have used a lot, they worst by far was betternet and hotspot shield, because they most certianly do log and i mean a lot, one i have a lot of proof, other people used a logging jackknife against the hotspot shield and betternet servers, also the acted like they called in as a computer security specialist and asked if it logged anything so they can keep track of logs, due to the companys security policies, and the better net and hotspot shield support has both sent in email, they do full logging, which is one, not good for privacy and two if we pay for them to protect our privacy then they are anti-consumer and shouldnt even exist, i will be honest, there are times where times are tough and i need a game, so not all of us have enough money to pay for every single games that has ever come out, so yes some people pirated stuff, and yes i for one agree if anyone likes the devs support them and buy the game at a later date. i wish there was a way to try out games to see if we like them, but not very often do they have this feature, and i for one know i cannot live without music and peolple dont have money for every single song, so yes people pirated once and awhile. so all in all it is a very good vpn with room for improvement 4/5.

Surfshark are beginning to bloat-add features to their apps which you have to pay for to use. Limited Linux support and their Windows app constantly crashes
i dont think there is bloat-add, because it doesnt ask you to add software during the install, so i dont know why this is happening, all linux os i have tried it works flawlessy, it is kind of a hastle to setup, no problems on android, but yes i have indeed had it crash many times on windows.

It's basic but very quick setup and user-friendly interface. Good pricing.
I've been using Surfshark for about a year. Everything is great so far. Connection is fine and reliable most of the time. Only downside I observed is the latency, sometimes. (Don't confuse it with speeds. Speed is great). If you want gaming, or want to watch 8k videos and stuff, you might experience occasional lags. Apart from that it's great for everyday use, at a very competitive price.
also everyone says protonvpn is the best, it was created by cern scientists which closely work with the united states of america, which is pretty untrusworthy if you ask me, eventhough it is switzerland based, doesnt mean its privacy is flawless, it is however the best free vpn out there, but surfshark is the best vpn of them all. so go with this one.
fast and cheap, great service
i agree it is one of the cheapest and has built in geolocation spoofing, on android, and is a bit cheaper than nord, and you can have alot of accounts.

It's the cheapest basic VPN you can get. The servers are fast and work with torrent traffic. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.
The Client (Windows)
I switched to the OpenVPN client at some point.

The Customer Experience
For cheaper offer use code HONESTGUIDE. $60 for 27 months isn't a bad deal. If you use a VPN occasionally, it may even be worth it.
I wouldn't buy it the second time around though. I think I'd settle for MullvadVPN instead.
have you had problems with piracy logs? i always use the tcp openvpn ovpn file from surfshark, to use with stuff i do online. i had an issue with fair policy tos, but it seems to be really okay, they got me back into my account after a mishap, so i dont know what happened, i have never had a problem with blacklisting, but my vpn has crashed and gone down, i agree the latency is not good, you however can not connect unlimited devices, as they reserve the right to limit how many devices an account uses due to the fair policy act tos, i personally have never got ripped off by surfshark, in fact i have paid all my stuff on time and they gave me a free month, which is pretty sweet, although you can change how it autopays, it does select by default which is annoying which anyone can change, never had issues with renewal and double prices, some features i agree are pretty useful, but other ones like the antivirus i dont like, for the simple fact that there are better antiviruses out there. and i agree they try to upsell a lot of stuff. it does seem they are trying to make as much money as possible, which is kind of anticonsumer.
