Comments and Reviews
It has the most effective general purpose algorithm out of all the SRS options I've seen. It avoids things like gamification and external rewards in order to slowly build our intrinsic pleasure for learning. It staggers future repetitions to keep queue as low as possible, offers re-scheduling functions, etc, etc. Takes time to learn, but super rewarding for those who stick with it.
