    If you want a basic PDF viewer, this will probably fit the bill. It's simple and ligthweight. I used to use Foxit Reader, and found Okular to be a good FOSS replacement.

    While the MuPDF library is very lightweight, this reader is more a proof of concept than a lightweight GUI. The MuPDF download is about 70 Mb, Sumatra is less than 10.
