Setup to first issue took under an hour and the writing and sending side genuinely stays out of the way — no template wrangling, and deliverability has been fine without me touching DNS. If the newsletter itself is the product, it is great. If it is one channel feeding a website, you will end up running a second ESP alongside it, which is exactly what we do.
We made 2 posts and with 1 link to our website (posts were not generally promotional but dedicated to our products) but it was deleted. No reason to use if you are looking to promote something. So probably only enthusiasts could find good.
