This might be open source but they claim to need a "license key" for you to stream to the phone and take out ads that are present in it. Essentially it's ad ware.
BUT fret not, just md5 has any email address and use the md5 hash as the "key". Yes I'm serious. I'd post one but I don't want my comment deleted for "posting a key" for an open source program.

It is a great alternative to Subsonic and does not require any firewall configuration. Similar to what Audiogalaxy was, only has more features for less cost.
