First tier subscription (called "Level 2") costs $20 for 1-month subscription. You get a pretty decent cloud Windows PC, comparable in performance to Ultimate Geforce NOW subscription, yet with no limitations as to what games you can install and play, including unofficial mods. Everything works pretty fast, and controls are smooth enough.
You can play either through a browser or Parsec/Steam Remote. It will, however, interrupt the connection every 20 minutes if you play through Parsec or Steam Remote, because it recognizes it as idle mode for some reason.
Basic storage is 128GB, so be careful with how many games you install, because when the limit is reached, your cloud PC will get locked. To unlock your PC, you have two options: buy extra space or access your PC through Pay-As-You-Go mode and delete files that take up that space until you get below the limit yet again.
The initial cost of $20 per month is de-facto higher, because you need to make one-time payment for set-up and get the minimum amount of stim-bucks, which will serve as a backup if you get any interruptions in place.
All in all, you get a great performance and freedom, but with some inconveniences. It might prove as a viable alternative to Geforce NOW though, which is gradually becoming less and less available/affordable.
