What is Speaker Notes AI Teleprompter?

Speaker Notes AI Teleprompter is a companion app for Microsoft PowerPoint that turns your Presenter View notes into a real teleprompter. It overlays your speaker notes — big and centered — on top of Presenter View and listens to your voice to scroll the script automatically, so you can keep your eyes up and look straight into the camera while you present.

Speech recognition runs entirely on your PC (offline). Your voice, your script, and the recognized text never leave your computer.

It is a separate app that sits on top of PowerPoint — not an add-in. After installing, just start your slideshow and open Presenter View, and your notes appear, large and readable.

Privacy: All speech recognition happens on-device (offline). Your voice, script and recognized text are never sent anywhere. Internet is used only for downloading language packs, app updates via Microsoft Store, and optional crash reports (only if you opt in; never includes your script or audio).

Requirements: Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and desktop PowerPoint. A microphone is needed for voice-following (optional — fixed-speed and manual scrolling work without one).
