I wonder why this good little deduplicator is not as popular as I expect. 'Search My Files' by 'funk.eu' searches for files of the same size in specified folders to find duplicates. We can check the checksum of files to make sure they are identical. I prefer this application to 'Search My Files' by 'nirsoft.net' because the latter one does not offer so many options.
