    As of today, Figma is my go to when I don't have Sketch available and the UI and everything is very similar. It also lets you import .sketch files. Only drawback is bitmap editing which is limited right now.

    It has all features that Sketch offers and it is cheaper. Affinity Designer also has vector and extremely zoom to create better icons.
