What is Simpluna?
Simpluna focuses on recording, checking, and predicting periods. There are no articles, advice, or ads.
Recording a period only requires tapping the start and end dates. Entering symptoms or moods is optional, and a record takes a few seconds.
Predictions update when the start and end of a period are recorded, so opening the app a few times a month is enough. The app is not designed around daily input.
The app keeps working with gaps in records, and past dates can be added later.
No account is required for everyday use. Cycle records are stored on the device by default. Optional cloud backup is available when enabled by the user. The app can be locked with a passcode or Face ID.
Simpluna Plus adds color themes, ovulation tracking, widgets, health app integration, and other features as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
