What is SiftFirst?

SiftFirst is a candidate-screening assistant built for small businesses with no HR team. Paste a job description plus the applications (or drop PDFs, ZIPs, and CSVs), set the criteria you care about, and get a ranked shortlist where every score carries a quote from the resume as evidence. Re-weight criteria live, compare candidates side by side, export to CSV, and generate interview questions per candidate. A Chrome extension collects candidates from any page while you browse. SiftFirst never auto-rejects: it ranks and explains, a human decides. Unlike a full ATS, SiftFirst does only the screening step, so it fits teams that hire from an inbox and a spreadsheet. Free no-signup demo; paid plans meter by candidates screened.
