Got banned from the community forum on my 3rd post with no explanation whatsoever. Only thing i did was request access to a merchant that was asking for help.
Also, no on-premises so i have already seen posts from people saying their store has been banned with no explanation whatsoever.
Stay on premises / open source or be sure you only work with non-woke companies, because this is their standard way of behaving, when "being inclusive".
Shopify has been the target of multiple large data breaches. It seems to be a weak link.

It's wonderful for quick store setup unlike something like Magento with having to deal with hosting as it's like an All-In-One shop creation platform. Because of this it naturally does have some limits in regards to customizability especially if your are determined to use it with no coding and even with code it can be still a bit limited.
Windo v/s Shopify. Windo is the best Shopify alternative. The best part about Windo is its zero-commission business model. Windo is certainly an ideal option as it is affordable i.e., it provides similar benefits at a low cost.

Not great in the uk. Tax doesn’t work correctly and it’s far too basic to run a real business. Moved to Shopblocks last year which is uk based and seems to be more feature rich
