I love it. I moved my main business website over from Wordpress to Shopblocks in August 2019. It's now far easier to manage and update and significantly faster as well.
Amazing platform. Made my third Shopblocks site this week. Great bunch of people. Thanks
it doesnt work, all the time the websites go down and payments keep failing when my customers want to check out, i have three websites with them and its same problems on all
Nice support team, product not fit for purpose, destroyed my business
After using several other platforms I can say that Shopblocks is totally on the right track and blow the others out of the water, not even considering the value for money. Barely had any downtime in the last 2 years using Shopblocks which was a big problem at the last system. The theme customisation tool (BlockLab) is amazing and saves so much time and money if you're the type of shop to tinker and tweak things often (I am).
Our experience has been really good and we use all of the advanced features which have worked for us flawlessly. We had one issue early on which we thought was a bug in Shopblocks but turned out to be related to the way we changed some settings and it all made sense after we got some help. Long story short - if you need an online shop which isn't just an off the shelf template selling one or two products, you're going to need to consider a more advanced system than the cheap templated ones (Shopify/EKM/Wix etc.) and Shopblocks is so much better than the systems on the next rung up.
Bad customer service and bad software
I had my business website on BigCommerce and moved it to Shopblocks. The sales man told me they would move everything over for me and then when they moved my website all of my google rankings disappeared and my online sales as well, when I asked for help from Shopblocks they just told me to speak to a SEO professional. Avoid it if you want to keep your income safe
