What is Sentivel?

Sentivel is a reliability platform that brings a branded public status page, built-in uptime monitoring, and third-party provider monitoring together in one product instead of splitting them across separate tools.

It monitors your own services with HTTP, keyword, TCP and heartbeat checks, using multi-region consensus so a single network blip never opens a false incident. It publishes a fast, branded status page on your own domain with 90-day uptime history, scheduled maintenance windows, per-incident pages, email subscriptions and an Atom feed.

Sentivel also watches a curated catalogue of the third-party providers you build on, including AWS, Stripe, Cloudflare, Vercel and Google Cloud. You map which of your own components depend on which providers, and when an upstream provider has an incident Sentivel automatically posts a clear, provider-attributed advisory on your public page for the duration, then clears it when the issue resolves. Customers read a plain-English message naming the upstream provider rather than an unexplained status flip.

For the team side there are on-call rotations, multi-step escalation policies, severity routing and one-click acknowledgement from any device. Paging reaches people by email, SMS or a phone call, and holiday mode steps someone out of the rotation so an alert never lands on an empty chair. Integrations cover Slack, Discord and generic webhooks, plus an inbound Slack /incident command.

Everything is available through a public REST API and a hosted MCP server, so an AI agent can manage monitors, incidents, status pages, on-call, escalation and integrations directly.

Sentivel is free to start with no card required. Read-only members are free and unlimited on every plan; the paid seats are Responders, the people who can be paged and manage incidents. Customer data is hosted in the EU (London).
