ScreenMind information
What is ScreenMind?
ScreenMind is an AI software that records, analyzes, and allows interaction with your screen history. It uses Smart Capture to detect and record content changes, and Gemma 4 Vision Analysis for app detection, activity categorization, and layout analysis. The software also features a Hybrid Search combining semantic embeddings with keyword search, and a Chat with Memory function for conversational recall. Additional features include Model Hub, Voice Memos, Meeting Transcription, Analytics Dashboard, and Day Rewind.
ScreenMind offers three analysis modes: Accurate, Balanced, or Fast, and includes a Per-App pHash Cache and a Chat-First GPU Priority feature. It auto-pauses capture for heavy apps like games and video editors. Privacy and security are prioritized, with all data stored on your machine, sensitive data filter, encryption at rest, dashboard PIN lock, and incognito mode.
For integrations and extensibility, ScreenMind enables automation building in Markdown or Python. It also offers MCP Server, Obsidian, Notion, Webhooks, Smart Notifications, and Auto-Bookmark.
