I was able to get it to work and I could actually do useful things without needing a license... looking at you, NocoDB.

Drag and drop fields, AND joined tables, FOSS, can run in a docker container (or just off your desktop) and it's extendable with plugins. It's not yet a 1.0-version, but it's already impressive and I recommend checking it out!
