It works great and the interface is simple and comfortable. I believe it is good for businesses because you can customize the settings based on your needs. Support team is helpful, they always reply, even if not at the same time, but they look at your issue carefully and give you all the answers you needed.
The best thing is that you can block sites based on time of day, so for those with kids, games are not allowed until the weekend for example. It makes it much easier than turning things on and off all the time.
Been using the service for quite a while now (2 years) as a security tool for a chain of local shopping centers in the US, and I must say that it fully complies with national regulations and works seamlessly in terms of latency. Before this I also had some experience with OpenDNS and DNS Filter, but their solutions seem overpriced for the quality they provide. With SafeDNS, though you get reasonable value for money and the service and features are just what you need.
