I have used KeePass and Password Safe for a long time. Both of those programs are great but S10 is even better. It is VERY lightweight and only uses around 1MB of RAM when running in the background. It is feature rich and I have it set up to log into every website I have accounts on even complicated multiple page log-ins. There's an anti-keylogging feature when typing in your master password which is a great addition so there's no need for clicking on a virtual keyboard. 256-bit encryption is also a huge plus.

HIGHLY recommended!

What is S10 Password Vault?

S10 Password Vault enables you to store all your usernames and passwords in a 256-bit AES encrypted database from where you can easily access and enter them into the login form. When you visit a website for which you have stored login information, you can simply click into the login box and press a keyboard hotkey to fill the username and password automatically. The program can also recognize the website address and fill in the login information automatically (this option can be enabled or disabled for each account). Other features include a built-in password generator, keylogger protection, automatic database locking, custom data fields, import/export, support for custom login sequences, and printing of password lists. A USB drive version is also available.
