EasyRPG and RPG Paper Maker provide a Free and Open Source alternative. They're a little bit buggy right now, but the staff treats both new members and veterans with the respect they deserve. This is especially great, if you don't have a lot of money to go around.

How can you make your game public? As in actually, sell it to people. I want to make a game like OFF, Deltarune, or Undertale, and I noticed that they all have either Steam or their own website. How do you put it up there? I just wish RPGBoss was available.
