Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier
This is a file copier, like TeraCopy, FastCopy ... plus ... capable of recovering some damaged files
What is Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier?
This is a file copier, like TeraCopy, FastCopy, etc. That is its first and foremost function.
It happens to be capable of copying files from disks with problems such as bad sectors, scratches or that just give errors when reading data. The program will attempt to recover every readable piece of a file and put the pieces together. Using this method most types of files can be made usable even if some parts of the file were not recoverable in the end. However, that does not make this product a file recovery product. It is a copier. Period. It just happens to be such a GOOD copier that it can even copy damaged things. It should not, however, be considered a file recovery specialist tool.
The program can be used as a daily backup system using its batch mode functions. A list of transfers can be saved to a file and then run from the command line to perform the same batch of transfers on a regular basis without having to use the GUI interface. The program supports command line parameters which allow the application to be run from schedulers or scripts so it can be fully integrated into daily server tasks.

Still works great on windows 10 today!
I have used this for last 10 years.
A must-have in anybodies "kit-of-tricks"
Upto and including Win-8 (one "Reviewer" reports it works in Win-10)
AND Linux
