Said about Riseup as an alternative
Been using riseup.net for 4 years so far and do LOVE UM! The best part is that when an email is SENT... we get a "delivered" notification so we know it was in fact delivered. GREAT to state the least. Tutamail is really good and encrypted also but that "delivery" is a BIG Plus for any encrypted email provider.
Totally committed to anonymity and privacy.
Probably the most accurate alternative to what Disroot can give you in terms of online private tools. But as far as i can tell, it doesn't provide cloud storage, which is a real shame as it a most-wanted feature for such services.

In addition to the mail service I use with no issues since 2020, I love browsing their website and documentation.
Just like Disroot, idk what it is, but trying to start a profile with these politically-bent sites in an attempt to simply use the tech provided, you're either ignored or rejected for some reason.
Oh well, I would say use Protonmail.com first of all #1, and their are many others after that I'd recommend as well. Like #2 would Tutanota.com and 3rd would be Mailfence. Forget these guys, and Disroot, if they're gonna pick n choose for no reason...
Agree on nearly all of that. One disagreement?
#disroot
.. pick and choose for a reason, and that is to keep their email free from spammers and scammers
... bit tricky navigating disroot onboarding
but?
Well worth it when done. using it for confidential communications.
not perfect? but def #disroot is a step up from most 'email' offers
. . .
