What is Riggle?

Most 3D characters from Meshy, Tripo, Mixamo or a marketplace come rigged for the body but frozen from the neck up: no visemes, no blink shapes, nothing for VTuber apps to drive. Other converters keep that dead face. Riggle builds one. Upload any rigged GLB or FBX and get a VRM 1.0 avatar whose mouth moves when you talk, that blinks when you blink, and that shows emotions in VSeeFace, Warudo and other VRM apps. The model only needs to be rigged. No Blender, no Unity, and you watch a video of every expression before you pay.
