What is RhythmicFlow?

RhythmicFlow: Calm Breathing is an Android breathing and meditation app built around 10 guided breathing techniques, including Box Breathing, 4-7-8, and Vagus Nerve stimulation. Each session pairs a chosen technique with one of 5 calming animation styles (Circle, Petal, Rose, Lotus, and a Breathing Line Diagram) and optional background music or guided inhale/exhale/hold sounds.

Beyond single sessions, RhythmicFlow includes a routine builder for ordered playlists of breathing, rest, and narrated steps; long-form narrated Stories for winding down; occasion-bound Rituals; and a Progress tab that tracks breath time and completed cycles over time. The app is offline-first — sessions and progress tracking work without a network connection.

The core app is free. A Premium subscription (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime — no free trial) unlocks deeper customization: additional animation styles, advanced appearance options, an uncapped number of custom routines, and other creation tools. Free users get all 10 breathing techniques and up to 2 custom routines.
